Group Fitness Schedule

General Class Descriptions:

CYCLE 30/50/60 MINUTE RIDE:

Challenge your cardiovascular health while our instructors guide you in your ride. Each class is taught within one of the energy zones (endurance, strength, race day, & recovery). Learn cadence, resistance & recovery while you ride to the downbeat of the music.

YOGA/YOGA FLOW ALL LEVELS:

This class is designed for the beginner to the more advanced student. You can work at your own level of practice as modifications will be given during class by the instructor.

YOGA 2 INTERMEDIATE:

This class is for those with a good knowledge of their breathing & movement. You will be instructed through more advanced alignments & asanas, moving with your breath, while building strength.

STATIONS:

This class offers a circuit style strength-training workout. The instructor will offer regressions & progressions for each station. Each class begins with a warmup & a dynamic stretch before heading into the workout. Occasionally, a fun finisher is added at the end! All levels welcome.

STATIONS 30/60:

A 30 or 60-minute full body strength class. Your instructor will direct you in targeting every muscle group (legs, chest, back, biceps, triceps, shoulders, & abs). This class will push you to the max! Develop your strength & tone up using dumbbells, barbells, & occasionally resistance tubing.

AQUA:

High energy, low impact workout class for all ages. There is a strong cardio segment combined with strength training, using resistance equipment to improve flexibility.

ZUMBA:

A fusion of Latin and international music utilizing the principles of fitness interval training & resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burnings, & total body toning. Easy to follow dance steps allow you to forget how hard you are working!

CORE 30:

A half hour focused on your body’s foundation, the core! You will work with stability & bosu balls, resistance tubes, plates, & bodyweight exercises to increase your core strength & stamina.

Senior & Older Adult Schedule

Senior & Older Adult Class Descriptions:

SILVERSNEAKERS CLASSIC:

Increase muscle strength and range of movement and improve activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a Silver Sneakers Ball are offered for resistance. You will have a chair for seated exercises and standing support. Your instructor can modify the exercises for your fitness level.

SILVERSNEAKERS SPLASH:

In this fun, shallow-water exercise class you’ll use a signature splash-broad to increase strength and endurance. Splash is suitable for all skill levels and it’s safe for non-swimmers.

SILVERSNEAKERS BOOM MUSCLE:

Incorporates athletic exercises that boost overall fitness. Move through muscle conditioning blocks and activity specific drills to improve strength and functional skill.

SILVERSNEAKERS BOOM MOVE:

A fun, dance-inspired workout. The class improves cardio fitness with easy-to-follow moves and energizing music.

SILVERSNEAKERS BOOM MIND:

Takes the best from yoga and Pilates and combines them into one fusion class. Designed to relax the body and mind. The focus of this class is on core muscles, lower body strength and balance.

SILVERSNEAKERS STABILITY:

Standing class designed to decrease the risk of falls with focus on improving balance and lower body strength. A chair may be used for balance and support. Walking is a great way to stay active, increase core strength, improve your posture, reduce stress, improve balance, and feel better overall. Class is held in pool and/or poolsideHigh energy, low impact workout class for all ages. There is a strong cardio segment combined with strength training, using resistance equipment to improve flexibility.
