Dear LSU Health Fitness Community,

First and foremost, we hope that you and your families are safe and well in the aftermath of Hurricane Ida. Like many of you, our team is facing immense challenges due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and now a devastating storm.

Due to the ongoing public health crisis and the aftermath of Hurricane Ida, it is with great difficulty that LSU Health Fitness has determined that we must temporarily close operations with no reopening date for the time being.

Our priority right now is damage assessment, debris clean-up, identifying and making repairs. We hope this situation is temporary and that we are quickly able to make the necessary repairs and reassemble the team required for a safe operation. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these difficult times, and we hope to see you soon at the Fitness Center once we reopen.
